Del Hardy is a lifetime resident of Northern Nevada, who offers advice
and litigation services with a group of other skilled trial attorneys, comprising the Hardy Law Group.
Mr. Hardy is also associated with a Los Angeles law firm with Anthony Vieira, Esq., who is certified and staff with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy,
as well as Aljendro Blanco, Esq., who was named Trial Lawyer of the Year for 2002 in the Western Region. Both of these attorneys are of counsel with the Hardy Law Group,
and assist with many of the trials in which Hardy Law Group is involved. Mr. Hardy is licensed in Nevada, California, the Federal District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court
of Appeals.

Mr. Hardy's personal trial experience is extensive. After commencing his practice of law with the Nevada Attorney General's Office, being appointed Deputy Attorney General of its Civil Division, and litigating a number of cases
on behalf of the State of Nevada, Mr. Hardy began his private practice, which has grown to offer a wide variety of legal services.
Mr. Hardy has built an outstanding reputation of aggressive representation with regard to complex litigation, serious injury cases, as well as traumatic brain injuries, some with million dollar plus results.
Mr. Hardy is a member of the American Trial Lawyer's Association, Nevada Trial Lawyer''s Association, was selected in 1999 as one of the "Who's Who" of American Trial Lawyers and is designee as a "Warrior" of the
prestigious Trial Lawyers College.
