United States Supreme Court Cases

Hardy Law Group is proud to be one of the only firms in the history of the State of Nevada to have practiced before the United States Supreme Court. On April 26, 2010, the case of Jackson v. Rent-A-Center was heard before the United States Supreme Court. Ian Silverberg presenting as 1st Chair, and Del Hardy presenting as 2nd Chair. 9th Circuit Court of Appeal Briefs

Hardy Law Group has tried a number of cases before the United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Below, is the landmark decision of Palmer v. Pioneer, in which Hardy Law Group established a new law within the 9th Circuit which includes nine states, Nevada being one of them, so that attorneys can talk to people without having the corporate attorney present for the corporation, so long as they have non-speaking, or binding, authority for the corporation. Attached here is also a number of other briefs and decisions which Hardy Law Group has participated in before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.



Nevada Supreme Court

Hardy Law Group, in its 25 years, has presented a number of issues before the Nevada Supreme Court, such as Deeter v. Jones, a case about enforceability of non-compete agreements in Nevada. We also provide the case of DeBunch v. NDOT, as another example of a Supreme Court cases.
